Step 1 - YOUR NEW HAIR WILL ARRIVE
IN 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS
We will contact you when it arrives & help you set up
a pick-up appointment!
*It could take longer if the item is back ordered. We will inform you if this is the case.*
Step 2 - SET UP A PICK-UP
APPOINTMENT
During this 30 min appointment we will ensure your new hair is
just right! A consultant will assist you with fitting it properly and answering
any questions.
Step 3 - LEARN HOW TO CARE FOR
YOUR NEW HAIR
Once you've established your new hair is PERFECT, your consultant
will then instruct you on how to care for your new hair properly.
Step 4 - START WEARING YOUR HAIR LIKE A STAR & SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

In your pickup appointment, you can exchange unworn, unaltered items with a $35 restocking fee.

Once the new hair has left our doors we can no longer except exchanges.

Wigs & Toppers can NOT be returned.

If an item is exchanged for a lower costing item, you will receive the difference in price as in store credit.*
